Lip Filler Cost Per Syringe
Lip filler is priced per syringe: $500 to $950 per 1 mL syringe in the US, depending on brand. The table below is the full breakdown — then a mini calculator adjusts any brand for your amount and city.
Ranges are typical US prices before city adjustment. Your clinic's quote bundles product, injector time and overhead into one per-syringe price.

Half syringe vs full syringe
Answer first: A half syringe (0.5 mL) is a subtle enhancement — definition and hydration more than volume. A full syringe (1 mL) is the standard treatment and gives a visible but natural result for most people. Two syringes at once is uncommon for lips and is usually staged across appointments instead — your injector will advise.
Important pricing nuance: a half syringe does not always cost exactly half. Clinics buy product in full syringes, so a 0.5 mL treatment may be priced as a "mini lip" package rather than 50% of the syringe price. Always confirm whether unused product can be stored for a touch-up — for hygiene reasons it often cannot be shared or saved indefinitely.
Why per-syringe prices differ
Brand formulation and longevity, injector experience, clinic location and overhead, and local demand all move the number. A higher per-syringe price at a reputable clinic with a licensed, experienced injector is not the same product as a discount offer — compare who is injecting, not just the sticker. See costs by city for how location alone shifts the same syringe.
